The bill (Reg. No.3537) reallocates the funds collected as a duty for using the water of water facilities of national importance between the State Budget of Ukraine, the regional budgets and the budget of the Crimean Autonomous Republic at a ratio of 50% to 50%. The bill also restores the effect of Clause 32 of the Water Code that determines the environmental events to be funded at this expense.
The Committee members believe that allocation of the funds collected as a duty for special water use to the regional budgets and the budget of the Crimean Autonomous Republic will settle the regional issues concerning prevention of disasters caused by the harmful water effect.
